Maymuna and Ozayr are bonding over a game of "Burnout". It's pretty cute. Then Maymuna looks over at Ozayr and says, "we forgot to eat lunch Baba!" Then they go back to playing. Of course for all intensive purposes Maymuna's controller is plugged into the exersaucer. Poor girl is still sick, and it's confusing for us because "Mama" and "Baba" both sound the same because of her congestion. So we're never sure who she's talking to. Yesterday she told me "mucous..." (which sounds like "bucous") "... is what makes BOOGIES." And she told me like that was life's greatest question, how boogies are made. Thanks Mim. :)
Small one is doing better, thanks to the antibiotics. Her cough still sounds pretty rough, but her natural disposition to trouble has been restored. Here's a picture of her attacking the giant stuffed polar bear at my parents' house just before we left. She would totally wrestle this thing, picking it up (as much as she could seeing as it's technically bigger than her) and throwing it (as much as she could) then pouncing on it and squeezing it... It was fun to watch... unfortunately it wouldn't fit in our case otherwise we would have stolen it from them.
That's all for now, it's a pretty lazy Sunday in Minnesota... and this is as productive as I'm likely to be today...
